He is licensed in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado, with federal admissions in the Northern District of Texas and the District of New Mexico.

The recognition has stacked up accordingly. Super Lawyers has honored him as a Texas Rising Star since 2016, a Top 100 Rising Star for 2022, and a Texas Super Lawyer in 2022 — his first year of eligibility — and every year since. The National Trial Lawyers selected him as a Top 40 Under 40 beginning in 2016 until he aged out, and later for its Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys, while the National Association of Distinguished Counsel placed him in the Nation’s Top One Percent in 2016.
