How to contact us
Email help@lawyerhelpnow.com. Use a clear subject such as “Content correction,” “Listing complaint,” “Privacy request,” “Unwanted contact,” or “Accessibility issue.” You can also use our contact page.
What to include
Provide the relevant page URL, a brief description of the issue, the approximate date it occurred, and an email address for a reply. For unwanted contact, identify the organization that contacted you and the contact method. For a website accessibility issue, describe the page, device or browser, and the task you could not complete.
Keep sensitive information out of the initial message
Do not send Social Security numbers, medical records, financial account details, passwords, or confidential case files. A short description is enough to start. This support channel is not an attorney-client communication channel and should not be treated as privileged.
Corrections and listing disputes
For an article correction, include the passage and a supporting source if available. See our editorial policy. For a directory dispute, include the attorney profile URL and the information that needs correction. See our listing standards.
Privacy and unwanted contact
To request access, correction, deletion, or cessation of contact, describe the request and use the email address associated with the original inquiry where possible. Additional information may be needed to locate a record or verify the request. Do not send identification documents unless a suitable verification method has been arranged. Your available legal rights and applicable response requirements depend on the circumstances and law.
Concerns about an attorney
Contact the attorney or firm directly about representation, fees, or case handling. Concerns about professional misconduct may need to be reported to the relevant state licensing or disciplinary authority. LawyerHelpNow cannot direct a lawyer’s case strategy, resolve a court dispute, or replace the disciplinary process.
Urgent matters
This is not an emergency service. Do not rely on a support request to protect a filing deadline, stop a limitation period, or obtain immediate legal advice. Contact a qualified attorney promptly about time-sensitive legal matters. No particular support response time is guaranteed.
